Not all companies understand the importance of having good photos of their business and team, nor do they recognise the value they can add to their operations.
Obviously, you’re not going to increase your sales by having some pretty pictures of your office. That’s not our objective or what we’re hoping to achieve.
Projecting a good image encourages confidence in your company, and by association, in all the services it offers. Boosting your business’ image always makes you more attractive to customers, which naturally increases your business volume.
Below is our proposal for the photo shoot of your facilities and team.

About the session
As you know, a photo shoot takes time, especially considering the size of your team and facilities.
Therefore, we propose the following:
We’ll do the session in a single day, so as to take no more of your time or ours than absolutely necessary and, obviously, to avoid interrupting your everyday operations.
In the morning, we’ll photograph your facilities. We’ll take advantage of the natural light in the early hours of the day to take warmer photos.
In the afternoon, it will be the employees’ turn. They should dress in a way that represents them. In other words, if they don’t usually wear a suit, they shouldn’t wear one for the session. The objective is to capture each person’s essence so the photos are as natural as possible.
Please be sure that nobody wears makeup to the session. We will bring our own makeup artists and hairstylists.
In the evening, we’ll move to the rooftop and cocktail bar area, where we’ll photograph your team with a more relaxed mood. We suggest having these types of photos as a resource, but this doesn’t mean they have to be displayed on the website. You can use them for any occasion, such as corporate presentations or even a video.

When will we start working?
From October 2020.
Requirements to begin the project
- The project will begin as soon as we receive your first transfer, marked ‘Start project’.
- The client must provide Quoters.io with the necessary materials for the completion of this project.
- Delays in the delivery of materials shall result in a delay in the completion of the project of at least the same duration.

Payment terms
At the start of each phase, 50% of the amount shall be paid by bank transfer. When each stage is finished, the remaining 50% shall be paid by the same method within 30 days of the invoice date.
