For Quoters.io, it’s a pleasure to participate in this incredibly beneficial project for the city, one that’s sure to bring an unmeasurable wealth of culture to the area.
Planning this event will bring fresh energy to local festivals, attracting young people and strengthening their bond with the city.

Scope of service
As we mentioned above, the organisation of this festival has two objectives:
- On the one hand, to get the city’s youth more actively involved in the celebration of local festivals.
- On the other, to strengthen young people’s bond with the city, with the following idea:
“If my city’s festivals have my kind of music, my city is taking my opinion into consideration. Therefore, my city considers me an active member of its population, and for this reason, I like where I live”.
Our plan to really rock it on festival day
The festival is a two-day event. It will be held on Friday and Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Here are the activities we have planned!
Friday
As we’ve mentioned, the festival will take place on the weekend to guarantee maximum attendance.
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Performance by the local band POP&cia.
8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Performance by the Spanish band +Música.
9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Dinner time!
We’ll have a food trucks area for our hungry festival-goers, and there will be enough stands so that long queues won’t be a problem.
During this intermission, we’ll also have several DJs in different parts of the fairgrounds. That way, we’ll prevent the music from overlapping.
10:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
The ‘main course’ on Friday will be the international band PlayMusic, a famous group that has played on the most important stages of key European and American cities.
12:00 a.m. - 01:00 a.m.
Event closure and clearing of fairgrounds.
Saturday
7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Performance by the international band Love Live!
9:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Terms and conditions
When will we start working?
From September 2020.
Requirements to begin the project
- The project will begin as soon as we receive the first transfer marked ‘Start project’.
- The client must provide Quoters.io with the necessary materials (permits, insurance, etc.) for the completion of this project.
- Delays in the delivery of such materials shall result in a delay in the project’s completion of at least the same duration.

Everything you have read in this proposal.
Not included in this price quote
- Custom designs not indicated in this price quote for advertising.
- Content creation that has not been agreed upon for advertising.
- Social media management for longer than the time specified in the contract.
- Booking of bands aside from those agreed upon.
Payment terms
At the start of each phase, 50% of the amount shall be paid by bank transfer. When each stage is finished, the remaining 50% shall be paid by the same method within 30 days of the invoice date.
